Westover Hills Residence

The owners of this home relocated from the East Coast and wanted to bring elements from that region into their new Texas residence. Designed by Brian Chandler of Water Street Design Associates in Louisville, Kentucky, this project showcases expert craftsmanship. NatureScapes played a pivotal role, implementing extensive landscaping with a focus on privacy using large needle point holly, magnolia, eastern red cedar, and other evergreen shrubs and trees. Custom Ipe Wood gates and in-house masonry by NatureScapes' skilled craftsmen were central to achieving the desired aesthetic and functionality. The addition of weeping willow trees for texture, oak leaf hydrangeas and other perennials for color accents, and Zeon Zoysia grass for a lush base further highlights our expertise in creating cohesive and beautiful outdoor spaces. Detailed stonework limestone edging defines each bed area and completes the harmonious integration of East Coast charm into the Texas landscape.
